Annette has worked for more than 30 years in the FMCG sector. Her experience covers all aspects of Supply Chain - Plan, Source, Make and Deliver. With regional and global assignments in various parts of Europe, Southeast Asia and Middle East she is used to working in multi-cultural and diverse environments and across geographies. Annette has gained a lot of experience working on the interface between Procurement, Marketing/RnD and suppliers for better innovation sourcing and value creation. She has led and managed large scale projects and dedicates a lot of her time to effective stakeholder management.

Harald is a very experienced Procurement- and Supply Chain Leader with a passion for creating business value. He has worked in various parts of the world and led local, regional and global Procurement Teams. His expertise covers the entire spectrum of Procurement, direct and indirect spend categories as well as building and managing a Procurement CoE.
As a pioneer and early adopter of sustainable business models he was one of the initiators of the Unilever's SAC (Sustainable Agriculture Code) and CORE (Code of responsible extraction) which have both developed into industry-applied sustainability standards.
